Session Fees

All payment must be made in advance of childcare provided, an invoice will be issued and sent be email on the 3rd week of the month for the following month’s fees. Payment must be made in full by the 1st of the month.

Fees are non- negotiable and there is no discount for siblings.

Fees are applicable should your child be absent due to illness or holidays. An additional charge will be incurred if you are late in the collection your child after 6pm.

4 week’s notice must be given in writing should you wish to change your sessions or withdraw your child from the preschool

No charge will be made during the 4 week closure of the preschool or if closed due to adverse weather or staff training.

Payment Method

Fees should be paid through Schoolgateway but we also accept childcare vouchers and Tax Free Childcare. The Government may also be able to help with childcare costs through the childcare element of the working tax credit. For more information call the Tax Credit Helpline on  08453003900.

Free Nursery Education

All children become eligible for the 15 hours free government funded place the term after their 3rd birthday. If you are in receipt of benefits (eg. job seekers allowance, housing benefit, income support) your child may be eligible for 2year old funding which entitles your child to further free sessions. Please ask for details as to how you should apply.

30 Hours Entitlement

To qualify  for the 30 hour entitlement, each parent (or single parent in a single parent family) will need to earn on average at least the equivalent of 16 hours on the national minimum wage per week and no more the £100,000 per year.

Eligibility for the 30 hours free childcare will be determined by the HMRC eligibility  checker.
